Our latest discovery is Crêperie Saint-Germain - originating from French street food roots, this place offers fresh, healthy crêpes made to order at each of its locations. Savory or sweet, the crepes are not only irresistibly delicious but also very healthy – gluten free and made with organic ingredients.
The secret is using the classic French ingredient of buckwheat - a highly energizing and nutritious fruit seed that provides delicious taste while keeping the texture light and easily digestible.
Z (Zeynen) - the owner and the brainchild behind the business and the recipe, opened the first crêperie in 2009 and is now operating four city locations.
